The challenge
Although APG already used AI in areas such as asset management, Generative AI required new capabilities, policy choices and clear risk management.
The organization needed a responsible path from exploration to enterprise-wide adoption.
Hixton approach
Hixton supported APG with a combination of enablement and governance. This included introducing employees to ChatGPT, helping with risk assessment, and preparing the transition toward Microsoft Copilot pilots and rollout.
